Restore Point
Create a Restore Point in the first place before performing any kind of troubleshooting. It will help you to restore the computer if it faces any problem due to the steps mentioned in this write up.

Clear Browsing History
Clear the browsing history of the browser in which you’re facing the problem. You can disable all the installed add-ons and then check whether YouTube videos work or not. Also, try to watch the YouTube videos in other browsers too. If the problem seems to be with the browser only, then try to uninstall and reinstall it.

Troubleshooting Adobe Flash
Go to the Control Panel > Show all icons > Programs & Features, check whether Adobe Flash is installed or not. If it is installed then uninstall it. Visit the Uninstall Flash for Windows page to download the uninstaller for your Windows. Run it and then remove the flash player completely.

After that, visit the Adobe.com and install the latest version of the Flash Player in the selected browser.

Troubleshooting the Java Run Time
Check Programs & Features for Java Run Time. If it is installed then you’ve to uninstall it. Now, visit the Java Run time download page to have latest Java in your computer. Try to view YouTube video now. We hope the problem get resolved. If not then it is the time to check the graphics driver.

Updating the Graphics Driver
Go to the Control Panel > Show All icons > System and click the ‘Device Manager’ in the left hand sidebar. Click plus sign in front of Display Adapters and select the installed Display driver. Please write down the make and model of the graphics card. Right click on to select Properties. Go to the Driver Tab, note down the driver version such as ‘8.0.15.16485’. Facing any problem in detecting the graphic card make and driver version, then call Toshiba technical support.

Now, visit the Website of Display Card manufacturer e.g. intel.com for Intel display card, nvidia.com and amd.com etc. Search for the make & model of the display card at the Website to find out the latest drivers. Download them at a proper place and then install the latest graphic drivers. Restart the computer. Now, try to watch the YouTube videos to check whether problem has been resolved or not.
